IAB Forum Event Case Study
We organized a series of events presenting the products of Bayer Bulgaria in the Crop Science line of their production, supporting farmers. We had to construct a stage that allowed us to use it in different sized spaces.
The stage was designed on a modular basis, which gives the freedom of adding or reducing the number of used parts and still keeping the harmony of the design.
The modular solution we chose, allowed one team with one stage to realize all consecutive events.
The challenge of wine
Another French customer – the family winery Hauts De Montrouge – worked with us to create a website with an online shop to help them sell their great products*.
From the site structure to the graphic design – the owners of the winery had full confidence in our proficiency. We used a combination of colors found in their winery and their cozy boutique.
The website immerses the viewer in the atmosphere of a boutique production of a small French winery.

The Challenge of Art
The website of an artist can hardly be compared to one of a large company – everything here is very boutique and personal. The challenge for us was to feel and show how this creative person shares her art with the world. Analog art had to enter the digital space.
We considered the diversity of paintings and arranged them in distinct sub galleries. We arranged them in a neat design composition, so nothing to obstruct vewer’s eyes. The fiery symbol that we created (not to call it the prosaic word “logo”) explicitly emphasizes the power and the energy that the artist is loaded with.

The Health Challenge
The Center for Endoprosthesis “Link” just opened and some of the best Bulgarian orthopedists were invited to work there. The center represents the leading German company “Waldemar Link”. To begin communication with its customers, the center had to have corporate identity, communication materials, profiles in the social networks and most importantly – a website presenting its services.
We started our work from scratch and provided the brand with: logo, font, graphic elements, colors, messages, distribution of the site sections, etc. Our work had to comply with the strong requirements of the German partner “Waldemar Link”.
We contributed to the realization of a noble mission – to improve the health and quality of life of people with specific health issues.
The challenge of rebranding
With fifteen years in the business of event management, our client Congress Engineering purposefully sought modernization of its corporate vision. The reason – each leading company sets trends and is an example to follow. Our task was to keep the continuity in order for the brand to take advantage of all accumulated so far positives.
We used our BX model in its full capacity – assembling a team, UX approach and close work with the customer – analysis of desires and anticipating expectations.
The success of the brand managers and brand designers team is in creating a modern vision of the brand, reflecting the diversity of the events management business. We found a way to show the continuity between old and new brand, which contributed to improved customers’ communication.
The challenge in the digital context
We had to develop an online platform where old fairy tales had to start a new life. How to keep the magic, given that our readers do not hold in their hands a book, but a laptop or a tablet?

The fairy tales platform magicsphere.eu is fully illustrated with hand drawings in classic style. It fascinates its readers and makes the experience unique. The platform can be downloaded as a smartphone app.
The Hospitality Challenge
The website of Enyova house in the village of Svezhen had an important task – to make the place look as attractive and desirable as it is in reality.
The website tells a story and transmits the spirit of the place into a new – fabulous and tempting – reality. We also developed a booking calculator.
We managed to contribute for a small family project to become even more hospitable.
The Animation Challenge
It is a very common case to create a mascot for a campaign or communication materials. And very often the entire success of the campaign depends on this little fellow. We use the mascot approach for many customers who want to refresh some conservative communication or who look for more emotional messages.
We have animated many talismans: a bat – for a Speleological Club; Google Panda, Google Penguin and Google Colibri – for SEO optimization business; noble knights – for an IT company that wanted to avoid the messages that her clients are already accustomed. We also have developed comics sequels.
